What it does:

When gripped firmly, the comb’s teeth press into acupressure points in your hand. This sends signals to your brain that can “distract” from the intensity of contractions—offering a sense of grounding and control.

How to use it:

• Hold the comb with the teeth aligned across your palm, just under your fingers
• Squeeze firmly during each surge or contraction
• You can also hold the comb while using a TENS unit or in the birth pool

Tip: Practice gripping it during Braxton Hicks or while breathing through a wave—your brain learns and adapts!
